2. Eligibility and Account Registration

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

We process withdrawals via Bank Transfer, MiFinity, Visa, Mastercard, and CASHlib. The minimum withdrawal amount is EUR 100 on every method. The maximum single withdrawal is EUR 1,000, meaning multiple requests are required to reach the stated daily cap of EUR 5,000. Our monthly withdrawal cap is EUR 25,000 per calendar month.

Players who have completed only a single deposit may cash out a maximum of 15 times that deposit amount. Any winnings beyond that ceiling will be removed from the account at the time a withdrawal is requested (General Terms 7.20). If a win exceeds EUR 30,000, we reserve the right to pay it in monthly instalments at our discretion.

4.3 Wagering Before Withdrawal

In accordance with General Terms clauses 7.14 and 7.10, a deposit must be turned over before it may be withdrawn. This means either staking 100% of the deposited amount on sports at minimum odds of 1.50, or wagering the deposit amount three times in the casino. If you attempt to withdraw deposited funds that have not been played, we will apply a processing fee of 10% of the deposit amount. We also reserve the right to report such transactions to the relevant authorities, and the funds in question may be forfeited.

4.4 Responsible Gambling Withdrawal Restriction

If any responsible gambling limit — including a deposit limit, time-out, or bet limit — is active on your account, your withdrawable amount will be capped at 10% of your total withdrawable balance per month for the duration of that limit (General Terms 7.19).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Win Caps

Our FiestaSlots Casino bonus win caps are determined by the percentage of the bonus offered. Bonuses of 200% or above carry a maximum win of 3x your initial deposit. Bonuses between 150–199% are capped at 6x; 120–149% at 8x; 100–119% at 10x; and 25–99% at 12x. Any winnings above the applicable cap will be forfeited.

5.2 Wagering Requirements and Bet Limits

While a bonus is active, the minimum bet per spin is EUR 0.50 (or currency equivalent). The maximum bet is EUR 5. Spins or stakes placed outside these limits do not count toward wagering, and any winnings generated by them will be forfeited. Game contributions toward wagering are as follows:

5.3 General Bonus Rules
